David and Linda renewed their vows after 10 years together. The setting is Ella Sharp Park in Jackson, MI.

Gary Hauck, who married them in June 1996, presided over the renewal of vows as well. He is a very dear friend.

We visited Michelle and Kevin in Jackson Michigan for a week (June 30 to July 9). Katie and Carter are growing up so quickly. Katie is 2.5 years old and Carter is 10 months. Posted by Picasa

Someone vandalized the ugly water fountain at a uglier house along Escambia Bay. This looks fake, but it is not. These are giant balls of foam from the fountain, overwhelming the front yard.

It may be an editorial opinion on the house and fountain, which looks like some bizarre mix of cultures and architectures. Posted by Picasa

Linda and David visited the Epcot Center during the first week of June when David had a state meeting in the Orlando area. David serves as chair of the state of Florida's association of chief academic officers for all 28 community colleges.
